First visit to Wake Family Medicine. The staff was very nice when we arrive for appointment. We were asked which provider we wanted the MD or the FNP. It was for a simple check up so we chose the NP. She was very nice and asked several questions. The only reason for not giving 5 stars was because making an appointment was a little strange. We were able to make an appointment online. I attempted to call the practice with a few follow up questions since this was a first visit including filling out forms online. When I finally spoke with someone they told me the forms online were old and fill out forms when we got to our appointment. Just a bit challenging to speak with staff on the phone.

The provider was on time, and not much of the wait time in the waiting room. Staff is nice and quick. However, my impression is that the provider is not competent enough in quite simple things and I did not appreciate her saying "I went to a medical school and I know better" when her asked her questions and why the specific procedure is needed.

I am glad that we found this center. Everyone at the front desk are very professional. Dr Mrunalini is very approachable and answered all our questions. I very much recommend this practice if you are seeking a new healthcare provider.

I usually don't do reviews! I've been seeing doctor K for some years and I've always been pleased with all her medical services rendered to me! She puts the patient first before any diagnosis! Her Patients matter to her and we grateful to have a doctor like her!
